Using our service is fast and painless - everything is done online and you can have your official Certificate, IRD & GST numbers with a matter of hours. Complete the online application Start an online application and begin building your new company. Once started you can save & return to it at any time and there's plenty of help available during the process. Sign & return consent forms Once you've finished and paid for your application we'll email you some documents that each person in the company needs to sign. Return the signed copies by fax, email or post. Receive your Certificate, IRD & GST numbers Once all the signed forms have been returned you'll receive your official Certificate within 1 hour. If you've chosen the executive folder then we'll dispatch that by overnight courier. How long does it all take? Once you have paid for your application we usually email the forms for signing within the hour (during business hours). Once you have returned the signed copies it then takes a further 30 minutes to complete the registration and issue the Certificate. When do I get the documents? You'll receive a PDF of the official Certificate immediately by email once the company has been registered. At this time we begin preparing your executive folder for courier delivery.
